Shipping and Delivery

We will aim to have your product orders packed and despatched within 15-30 days of order receipt date, however there may be times when this will vary, especially in busy periods and festive holidays.

Thereafter, delivery time will depend on your delivery address and the postal service used.

We will send your order by the most appropriate service, including Royal Mail (tracked) or UPS couriers.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you are very happy with your purchase from Storigraphic.

If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we shall assist in dealing with your enquiry promptly. Please note, we can only offer a refund for items that are as delivered in a new state with packaging and labelling/tags in place.

Payment, Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

All payments are securely handled and encrypted — we do not store your details of your credit card, nor do we share any customer details with any third parties.

We regret we are unable accept cheques, money orders or cash payments.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per shop or per order.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
